About this group

Many people arrive at this group after a long period of pushing through. The exhaustion has built gradually, rest no longer feels restorative, and even simple tasks have begun to feel like too much. You may recognise irritability, difficulty switching off, disrupted sleep, or a persistent sense of running on empty while still trying to meet expectations at work, at home, and in relationships.

But burnout is more than tiredness. For many people, it also brings a loss of motivation, a fading of things that once felt meaningful, and a disconnection from who they are beyond their responsibilities. There can also be guilt or shame in not coping, especially when, from the outside, everything may still appear to be functioning.

In this group, there is space to step out of that for a moment and begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface. Together, we explore the patterns that maintain stress and burnout, including high self-demand, difficulty recognising personal limits, and the gradual erosion of connection with your own needs. Understanding these patterns is often the first step toward something different.

A safe, self-paced environment

All our groups take place in a supportive environment where you are free to participate in the way that feels right for you. Share if you wish, listen quietly, or simply be present. There is no pressure to open up before you are ready. We meet regularly, and over time, the group often becomes a place of recognition and relief. A safe space where things begin to make a little more sense, where new perspectives can emerge naturally, and where you can try out different ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
