About this group

Many of us struggle in our relationships, not just with a partner, but with family members, friends, colleagues, or our own children. Perhaps you find it hard to speak openly at home or at work, find yourself in repeated arguments without knowing how to break the pattern, or feel unheard, disrespected, or disconnected from people who matter to you. Maybe trust has been broken, boundaries are unclear, or there is a numbing awareness that your relationships are not as close or as fulfilling as you would like them to be.

Sometimes these difficulties also stir something deeper. A fear of being too much or not enough, a tendency to withdraw when things get hard, or a lingering self-doubt about whether real connection is possible for you. These are experiences many people carry silently, and they are very welcome in this group.

Together with others navigating similar challenges, there is space here to explore what gets in the way of good connections, understand your own patterns in relationships, and practise new ways of communicating and relating.

A safe, self-paced environment

All our groups take place in a supportive environment where you are free to participate in the way that feels right for you. Share if you wish, listen quietly, or simply be present. There is no pressure to open up before you are ready. We meet regularly, and over time, the group often becomes a place of recognition and relief. A safe space where things begin to make a little more sense, where new perspectives can emerge naturally, and where you can try out different ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
