Why work at MindNet?

Website Logo

At MindNet, we do things differently. We keep our groups small, our caseloads manageable, and our clinical conversations ongoing. We believe that good therapy requires therapists who are supported, supervised, and genuinely invested in their own development.

We are a platform with a clear clinical identity, a warm culture, and a commitment to doing this work with integrity.

If you are looking for a place where your clinical voice is valued, where collaboration is real rather than performative, and where the work feels meaningful — this might be it.

Group Facilitation Part-time Copenhagen

Seeking Danish- and English-speaking psychologists for depression therapy groups

We are expanding our group therapy offerings and are currently searching for psychologists who would be interested in leading therapy groups for adults struggling with depression.

We are looking for both Danish-speaking and English-speaking psychologists. The groups may focus on themes such as hopelessness, isolation, emotional numbness, self-criticism, life transitions, or difficulties finding connection and meaning.

The role is freelance and suited for psychologists who enjoy working in a collaborative and relational setting. We take care of outreach, visibility, and participant recruitment, while offering a professional network and practical support around the groups.

We are open to different therapeutic orientations and encourage therapists with varied clinical experiences to reach out. Experience with group facilitation is welcomed but not required.

Group Facilitation Part-time Copenhagen

Danish- and English-speaking psychologists for anxiety groups

We are currently seeking psychologists interested in facilitating group therapy for adults dealing with anxiety in both Danish and English.

The groups are intended for people struggling with worries, overthinking, social anxiety, stress, inner restlessness, self-doubt, or a persistent sense of pressure and overwhelm. We are looking for psychologists who can help create a calm, reflective, and supportive group environment where participants feel less alone in what they are experiencing.

The position is freelance-based, and we provide support with visibility, communication, and participant recruitment. You will become part of a wider professional network while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in your therapeutic work.

We are open to different therapeutic backgrounds and approaches, and we welcome both experienced group facilitators and psychologists who are interested in developing further experience with groups.

If you would like to know more, feel free to contact us at info@mindnet.dk
