Being an expat can be both enriching and challenging. Living in a new country often brings moments of loneliness, homesickness, and the difficulty of building new relationships from scratch. It can also mean navigating unfamiliar systems, language barriers, and the subtle feeling of not fully belonging anywhere. In a way, you may find yourself living in between cultures and identities.
This group offers a space to speak openly about the emotional weight of adjustment, the shifts in identity that come with relocation, and the quiet longing for what feels familiar. At the same time, it is a place to explore what is emerging in this new chapter of life — who you are becoming, and how you are finding your footing in a new environment. Over time, this shared process can help strengthen a sense of grounding and support the gradual development of belonging, right where you are now.
All our groups take place in a supportive environment where you are free to participate in the way that feels right for you. Share if you wish, listen quietly, or simply be present. There is no pressure to open up before you are ready. We meet regularly, and over time, the group often becomes a place of recognition and relief. A safe space where things begin to make a little more sense, where new perspectives can emerge naturally, and where you can try out different ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
