This group brings together couples who recognise these challenges and want to do something about them, not in isolation, but in the company of others who understand. Sharing a space with other pairs can be surprisingly powerful. Seeing how others navigate similar struggles, hearing different perspectives, and realising that your challenges are not unique can bring both relief and new insight.
In the group, you and your partner will have the opportunity to explore the patterns and dynamics that keep you stuck, learn and practise clearer and kinder ways of communicating, rebuild understanding and emotional closeness, and gain practical tools to handle conflict in a healthier way. At the same time, you will find support in a community of couples working toward the same goal.
This group welcomes couples of all ages, backgrounds, and identities, whether you have been together for two years or twenty, and whether your relationship feels fragile right now or simply in need of deeper connection.
All our groups take place in a supportive environment where you are free to participate in the way that feels right for you. Share if you wish, listen quietly, or simply be present. There is no pressure to open up before you are ready. We meet regularly, and over time, the group often becomes a place of recognition and relief. A safe space where things begin to make a little more sense, where new perspectives can emerge naturally, and where you can try out different ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
