This period can bring a wide range of experiences. Disrupted sleep, changes in energy, memory, and concentration, shifts in libido, and physical discomfort are common. But alongside these, many women are also experiencing unexpected mood changes, anxiety, a loss of confidence, or a creeping sense of invisibility that is hard to name but impossible to ignore.
There is also a deeper identity dimension to this transition. Menopause is not only a biological event. It can stir questions about ageing, relevance, relationships, and purpose. Some women find themselves grieving a version of themselves that is passing, while simultaneously sensing the possibility of something new emerging. Both of these experiences are valid, and both deserve space.

All our groups take place in a supportive environment where you are free to participate in the way that feels right for you. Share if you wish, listen quietly, or simply be present. There is no pressure to open up before you are ready. We meet regularly, and over time, the group often becomes a place of recognition and relief. A safe space where things begin to make a little more sense, where new perspectives can emerge naturally, and where you can try out different ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
