This group is for people who notice that their relationship with their phone, social media, scrolling, work, gambling, shopping, or other forms of constant stimulation has started to feel difficult to manage.
Many people today experience a subtle but persistent pull toward being always available, always productive, or always connected. Over time, this can lead to exhaustion, difficulty concentrating, disrupted sleep, and a sense of never fully switching off. It can also bring feelings of guilt, frustration, or shame, especially when you find yourself caught in patterns you understand well but struggle to change
In this group, there is space to explore what lies beneath these habits, what they may be regulating, avoiding, or replacing, without judgment and without the pressure to have already figured it out. Understanding the roots of a pattern is often the first and most important step toward loosening its hold.
Over time, the group offers an opportunity to gradually create more space for attention, rest, and presence, and to develop a greater sense of choice in how you live your daily life.
All our groups take place in a supportive environment where you are free to participate in the way that feels right for you. Share if you wish, listen quietly, or simply be present. There is no pressure to open up before you are ready. We meet regularly, and over time, the group often becomes a place of recognition and relief. A safe space where things begin to make a little more sense, where new perspectives can emerge naturally, and where you can try out different ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
