Anxiety can have many faces. Some experience it as intense and/or frequent worry, others as constant restlessness, overthinking, or physical tension. It may also show up as avoidance of certain situations, difficulty relaxing, or a sense that your mind is always “switched on”.
In this group, there is space to explore these experiences together. The focus is on observing and understanding how anxiety affects you personally, noticing the patterns it creates in your thoughts, body, and daily life, and gradually reducing its hold over you. The group also offers a place to practise being present with others, build confidence in social situations, and discover that difficult feelings can be held and worked through in connection with others.
All our groups take place in a supportive environment where you are free to participate in the way that feels right for you. Share if you wish, listen quietly, or simply be present. There is no pressure to open up before you are ready. We meet regularly, and over time, the group often becomes a place of recognition and relief. A safe space where things begin to make a little more sense, where new perspectives can emerge naturally, and where you can try out different ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.
